“Once we understand the true nature of a woman's life cycle, we can celebrate our feminine energy, acknowledge the wisdom within us all, and share this knowledge with younger generations so that they view our menopausal years not with fear and anxiety, but instead as a time of liberation, creativity, respect and empowerment.”

Founder of Menopause Yoga

How can yoga help me to manage my menopause?

As we journey through the stages of menopause (from perimenopause to post-menopause), we are given the opportunity to draw our awareness deep within and reflect on the ways in which we are out of alignment in our lives. This helps us to let go of the things that hold us back and reconnect with the inner wisdom of our true soul essence. Menopause is a time to embrace your Second Spring: to celebrate the magic that is you and step into your power so you can live your best life!
